Probationary Staff Protection: Achieved reinstatement and prevention of termination for numerous probationary staff members who were treated unjustly by local management.
Fairer Leave Access: Successfully challenged arbitrary management decisions regarding leave, ensuring officers retained the ability to use unscheduled annual leave in accordance with the Master Agreement.

Challenging Unsafe Staffing: Aggressively filed grievances against unsafe practices, including management leaving housing units with inadequate staffing (one officer instead of the required two), holding the Agency accountable for a safe workplace.

Created the Local 506 Facebook Page: Established this critical communication channel for the first time, ensuring instant transparency and direct member access to Union leadership and information.
Launched the Coleman Newsletter: Developed the local newsletter to keep staff accurately informed of Union progress and important items being worked on, countering management rumors.
